巧克力muffin
今天又在家試做了第二次巧克力Muffin。改良了食譜。比上一次好吃太多了。這算是做法很簡單的小糕點,不用蛋白打發,蛋、奶油的用量也很節省,整個步驟重點就是攪拌而已。可以解甜點荒。在此記錄。
6個巧克力Muffin:
150g 麵粉
半包約5,5g的發粉
80g 糖
3大湯匙無糖可可粉
160ml牛奶
一顆蛋
50g奶油
1.將烤箱預熱至180度。
2.在一個沙拉盆裡,混合麵粉、發粉、可可粉(容易結塊,要先篩過)、糖。
3.用另一個碗,混合打過的蛋、融化的奶油、牛奶。攪勻即可。
4.將3倒入2中,快速攪拌,拌勻即可。麵糊也不需要過度攪拌到太光滑的地步。可以倒入一點蘭姆酒,或滴幾滴杏仁、香草等的香精。然後倒入小模型中至八分滿。
5.烤二十分鐘即可。
